We start off with determining the differences between in-home care and home health care services. The focus on this page is on in-home care. More information on home health care is on another page of this website. Many people do not distinguish between the two terms, and they are often used interchangeably, but there are differences. In short, both are considered home-based services with in-home care involving non-medical, while home health care is “clinical” dependent. In-home care is chosen over medical facilities since families want to be close together – case by case basis.

The sole purpose of in-home care services is to help those (seniors) in need by assisting them with normal day to day activities in the comfort of their own homes provided through home care givers, either professional, family members, or friends – most are often not trained. However, here at Golden Sun Home Care, we only provide trained care givers. Our main goals are to provide the clients the care they need and deserve.
