Now onto submitting your resume and the basic steps involved
in becoming a team member.
1 Resume & Cover Letter
Begin by submitting your resume and cover letter. Be sure to include the job ID number. Only successful candidates will be contacted for an initial phone interview.
2 Initial Interview
An office administrator will contact you to discuss your resume and work experience. If all qualifications are met and we have an opening in our team, we’ll schedule and conduct another interview in person – exceptions may be taken into consideration for candidates not located in the Hickory area.
3 Follow-Up Interview
Chosen applicants are invited to an in-person interview at the company office. Bring all necessary credentials such as driver’s license, SS#, diploma, job-related certifications, and so forth. Work and experiences, salary or hourly wages, expectations, and commitments are discussed.
4 Job Offer
Successful applicants will be notified via email or phone with a job offer pending good standing on the reference checks, criminal background check, and drug screen.
5 Mutual Agreement
After passing your reference checks, criminal background check, drug screen, and any other additional requirements, such as training and company policy engagement, you are officially a Golden Sun Home Care team member. Welcome to the team!

An administrative assistant is a major backbone of any organization. Golden Sun Home Care is currently seeking an experienced administrative assistant in its local office. The administrative assistant is to support the daily activities of managers and other staff members in addition to a wide variety of tasks such as receiving and directing visitors, answering and returning calls, processing documents, training and support, and many others.
Aside from the home care services, our clients may also request basic home maintenance services. If you are a professional with expertise in one or more fields of home repair, extensive house cleaning, lawn maintenance, installment of safety equipment, we may have room for you on our team! We are also looking for professionals with financial, tax, accounting, mortgages, budgeting and other related specialized expertise.
